As Founder and Managing Partner, Britt brings extensive experience advising clients through strategic transformation, value creation initiatives, and M&A advisory engagements. Throughout his career, Mr. Calvert has advised buyers and sellers in over $4+B of M&A transactions, equity, and debt capital raises. As Managing Partner, Mr. Calvert founded Pearl Strategic Advisory Group to bring his expertise to advise companies that have not historically had access to boutique strategic management consulting firms.

Mr. Calvert relies on experience from Big 4 strategic management consulting, boutique management consulting, and roles across financial services firms to advise clients.

Outside of advising clients through strategic engagements and leading Pearl Strategic Advisory Group, Britt applies his strategic and tactical skillset to tackling the challenges presented by many a golf course. While Britt can often be found competing in amateur golf tournaments, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and growing family.
